No Waiting Collaboradating: Connect to Potential Partners Onsite |

Workshop Description
Today’s economy demands nonprofits make the impossible possible – do more with less. Are you looking for practical strategies and tools to help you do just that? Collaboration offers organizations an opportunity to leverage existing resources to attain needed ones. Times of limited funding necessitate
innovation and ingenuity if organizations are to do more than simply survive.
This workshop allows participants to go beyond the concept of collaboration and
actually begin the practice of collaboration. Participants will gain a chance to network,
establish the beginnings of collaborative relationships that meet their needs and
walk away with tools to realize those partnerships.
• Determine your organization’s needs and offerings in terms of collaboration
• Participate in agency speed-dates
• Gain strategies to carry out successful collaborative partnerships
