Nonprofit Coaching & Consulting

In addition to CONNECT's internal expertise, we can provide access to:

• External nonprofit consultants who possess a wide range of subject matter expertise and
• The Executive Coaches of Orange County, a group of former for-profit executives with expertise in a variety of business areas committed to providing pro-bono individual coaching or capacity building team coaching services.

Coaches can:

• Increase your confidence and refine your leadership skills
• Strengthen your abilities to help your organization fulfill its mission/vision
• Assist you with improving your relationship with staff and Board members
• Help your team or group to work toward a common goal

Coaching Requirements

• The Personal Coaching Program requires that participants agree to meet with their coach monthly for at least one year
• The Capacity Building Team Coaching Program requires a nonprofit team of five to ten people who agree to spend at least eight hours per month to implement the strategies they have developed with their coach.
