CONNECT's MISSION is to provide nonprofit organizations with resources to strategically build their capacity for long-term sustainability and growth. For our clients in the Orange County nonprofit sector, CONNECT will:
Provide an assessment of the organization's current status;
Develop a strategy of how to assist them;
Identify internal and external resources; and
Follow through, providing custom, hands-on coaching and training.
CONNECT supports grantees of local funders and other nonprofit organizations, increasing their capacity to effectively and efficiently deliver services to the children and families in our community.
